This Week's Menu (a tad late)

Abby sat down with me and made this week's menu. 
She made some great decisions and she is very excited to help me cook this week. 
She picked Friday's dessert from my list of recipes on Pinterest. 
Hopefully it turns out as good as it looks!

What's on the menu?

I am not really making that many new main dishes this week but I am revising a few so hopefully they turn out tasting great. 
I am making a few new quick side dishes that sound delicious! I can't wait to try them. 
And we went to Oak Glen in search of apples this weekend so our Friday Night Dessert Night will be all about the apples!

My First Weekly Menu Plan

I make a menu every week and stick to it pretty well (unless there is a day that is too much for me to handle and then take-out is REQUIRED!). 
I write it down and next to it I write what I need to buy at the store. 
I decided I would give posting the menu a try. 
I am not sure if I will keep up with it weekly, but we will see.
