Turkey Meatballs in the crock-pot

This is a really good recipe that takes a little prep time in the morning then cooks itself the rest of the day. For the complete recipe and steps visit here.

Ingredients

Chop up the spinach.

Mix together all the ingredients, saving 1/4 cup of the breadcrumbs.

Roll the mixture into balls and let a helper roll them in breadcrumbs.

Brown the meatballs (try not burn them like me!).

Pour some sauce in the bottom of the crock-pot, put meatballs on top, then pour the rest of the sauce on top. Cook for 4 hours on low or 1 1/2 hours on high.

Instead of using the meatballs for sandwiches, I put them on top of some whole wheat pasta.
