Chinese-Style Meatballs and dipping sauce
Ingredients for Meatballs
1.25 pounds ground turkey (1 Jenny-O package)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
Ingredients for dipping sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
sprinkle of ginger
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine all ingredients until mixed well.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. While the meatballs are baking, make the dipping sauce.

6. In a small saucepan, combine ingredients and cook on low until sugar dissolves.
Serve meatballs with rice and veggies.
