Friday Night Dessert Night: Honey Peanut Butter Cream Frosting

Awhile back I made some white cake mixes to give away as gifts. 

I had one left over and kept it, nearly forgot about it, and realized I needed to use it soon. 

So Friday afternoon, Abby and I baked a cake. 

We used the white cake mix, added some apple filling, and then frosted it with Honey Peanut Butter Cream Frosting. 

I love the combo of apples and peanut butter and with this white cake, it tasted amazing! 

The only bummer about making a dessert this large...I ate a small piece each night this weekend! ;)
