Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

Fresh blueberries were on sale this week so I stocked up and then made these delicious muffins. 
Each muffin is 4 Weight Watcher points. 

Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients 

1 cup unsweetened applesauce 
2 cups white whole wheat flour 
1/2 cup sugar 
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup blueberries
1 large egg, beaten 
1 tsp vanilla 
2 tbsp melted butter 

Directions 

1. Preheat oven to 325. 

2. Combine all dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and combine all wet ingredients in the other. Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Fold in blueberries. 

3. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray and pour batter into tins. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool about 10 minutes before eating.
